Glòria and Kostas representing our group at the CRS meeting

The 12th Controlled Release Society Annual Meeting and Expo “Integrating Delivery Science across disciplines”, was a huge opportunity for the Nanomedicine Lab to be involved in cutting-edge research. This event provided a tremendous chance to learn about the latest trends and topics in drug delivery, as well as an exceptional opportunity to network with both old and new colleagues. Glòria presented an interesting poster on the use of GO as drug delivery systems, while Kostas delivered an insightful oral presentation entitled “Challenges and Pitfalls in Clinical Translation of 2D Graphene Materials as Nanoplatforms for Canonical and Non-Canonical Therapeutics”.
