The Guardian is featuring our work!

British newspaper, The Guardian is featuring the work developed at the Nanomedicine Lab, starting clinical trials soon.

In the article, several companies, start-ups and spin-offs are mentioned. Along with the famous Elon Musk’s start-up Neuralink or Synchron -backed by Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos-, the work of INBRAIN, which developed the graphene-based implant with ICN2 and Manchester University, is highlighted. These devices are more sophisticated than previous implants in that they do not just decode the brain’s electrical activity, but regulate it.

“It is also a sector in which Europe is taking on the US in a race to develop the life-changing tech” says in the article.
